The Senior Resource Center for Douglas County provides resources, referrals, education, transportation, Medicare counseling, recreation, and social engagement for all seniors across Douglas County.
What We Do
Since 1972, the Senior Resource Center's goal is to help seniors and their families enjoy their best possible quality of life!
We offer a number of programs and activities. For example, you can rely on safe, ADA compliant, affordable transportation on Senior Wheels. Our Health and Human Services team can provide guidance, referrals and resources for navigating life's changes as you age. We have a team of volunteers and professional staff who can walk you through Medicare enrollment and Part D Open Enrollment. Our wide variety of classes, groups, recreation, education, and social engagement activities will inspire and delight. Our open Game Room even offers an informal place to relax and meet new friends!
