Lawrence Humane Society’s annual Auction and Fundraiser
returns on Friday, September 25, (7:00pm) and it’s getting a whole
new look! This year, we’re turning Abe & Jake’s Landing into the
most meow-standing speakeasy Lawrence has ever seen for our
Bootlegger’s Fur Ball!
Get dolled up in your glad rags and join us for an evening of fun
to benefit Lawrence Humane Society’s lifesaving veterinary
treatment, recovery, and adoption programs.
Bathtub gin won’t be served, but there will be plenty of specialty
cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, great silent and live auction items,
and entertainment.
Tickets and tables will go on sale next week. Tickets are $50 for
General and $75 for VIP. Tables (10 seats) are $500 for General
and $750 for VIP. VIP tickets and tables include access to the
exclusive Prohibition Pre-Pawty VIP cocktail hour at 6:00pm.
