Donate to Heartland Community Health Center to receive one ticket to our Fill Up Pour Out event for every $30 you donate or raise.
This year's Fill Up Pour Out event will be Thursday, December 10 at 7pm at Abe & Jake's Landing. We will gather to celebrate all that we have accomplished together this year. The program will include moving patient testimonials, brief presentations by Heartland staff, and live music by local musicians. Delicious hors d'oeuvres from Ingredient will be served along with drinks.
