Please join us in doing maintenance and improvement to our 40-acre, privately owned, urban wilderness that is Hidden Valley Camp, in central Lawrence. Girl Scouts have priority in using Hidden Valley, but many others use it, as well.
We need to cut back encroaching vegetation, spruce up fire rings (neatening the stone rings around fire rings, stocking and straitening wood piles), do trail and garden maintenance, sand and stain wooden benches, and potentially paint some out-buildings. There are no paid employees at Hidden Valley Camp, only volunteers, so we need you!
