Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in all areas of the community center, including offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Trash and Recycling Management: Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling materials throughout the facility, ensuring compliance with waste management policies and environmental standards.
Maintenance Support: Assist with minor maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, replenishing supplies (e.g., paper towels, soap), and reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the facilities manager.
Floor Care: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors ensuring all floor surfaces are safe and free of hazards.
Event Set-up and Support: Assist with setting up for events and meetings by arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of event spaces before and after use.
