A volunteer mentor or "Big" is a caring adult in our program who wants to make an impact in a child's life. As a Big, you will meet with your Little at least two to three times a month (approx. 4-6 hours) for a minimum of one year. Virtual mentoring options are also available.
Bigs are not teachers or counselors, but are everyday people who give their Littles positive encouragement and the emotional support they need to succeed. Include your Little in your daily life and routine so they can begin to see a different world, their own potential, and a future filled with promise.
