Lawrence & Douglas County periodically organize a large community event to collect and recycle household electronics. This popular event draws residents from all over the County. Last fall over 1,500 vehicles dropped off almost 99,500 pounds of electronics in just 6 hours!
We need plenty of helping hands to direct traffic and unload e-waste on June 5th. Learn more and sign up to volunteer here!
You may sign up for back to back shifts, if desired. If you cannot volunteer for an entire shift, please do not sign up here. Please email kcrinerritchie@douglascountyks.org and we will work you in otherwise.
Lunch will be provided for both morning and afternoon shifts.
