We are seeking support for a COVID community testing site. This position does not require any specific experience qualifications, other than a passion for community outreach! At its core, this role will be responsible for public interaction, COVID 19 testing support, and sample collection observation. Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time outside.
Job Details
- Greet drive through clients as they approach for their testing kit
- Explain basic instruction on how to use the kit and answer questions
- Confirm drive through clients name, address, and other contact information
- Ensure kits are complete and report any missing pieces improperly assembled kits
Background Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk during most of your shift
- Willingness to be outside during entire shift - small trailers at each site where you can warm up and eat lunch are available
- Ability to speak clearly and provide basic instructions and answer questions of drive through clients
- Passion for community outreach
- Ability to reliably commute to the work location
- Must be motivated, reliable, organized, and punctual
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Provide consistent good customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
