Our Annual 'Rev It Up' fundraiser is approaching! It is a hot rod/antique car show, with food and vendors, bands and a whole lot of street party!!! :)
In September the Ballard Center will need help with many different positions:
1.) Set Up- OUR BIGGEST NEED! We will need volunteers to help set up our main tent and set out merchandise! Our information table as well as help with the VIP tent. Unloading trucks and setting up chairs and tables!
6am-9am
2.) VIP tent help- helping maintain and re-fill food for our HUGE donors and VIP guests!
11am-1:30pm
3.) Breakfast- Help with serving breakfast in the main tent with Mrs. Chronister herself!
7am-10am
4.) Main Tent Help- also, helping sell merchandise and assisting car registers and vendors if needed!
7am-2pm
5.) Check in Car & Vendor- handing out maps and helping vendors and people who have registered their cars figure out where to go and where key places are!
7am-4pm
6.) End of day tear down- Helping put away chairs and tables and tear down tents!
2pm-4pm
