Star Wars Reads Day is happening this Saturday, October 7th, and the Lawrence Public Library is looking for 6 volunteers to help with a variety of tasks at the event. We'll need people to:
- help kids do crafts (including making lightsabers and yoda ears);
- help assist staff with activities like the lightsaber battle station
- help out as needed with other tasks
You'll help out from 1:00 to 5:00 or 1:30 to 4:30 at your assigned station, helping to run the activities there. Depending on how busy your station is, you'll have time to browse around at the activities yourself.

We need people who are excited to provide great customer service as the face of the library.
