StopGap, Inc. focus is working to empower youth aging-out of foster care and other youth at-risk of homelessness.
The 5k run and walk on April 15th, 2023 is a fundraising event for StopGap's Lighthouse Transition Program.
All proceeds will go towards this 18-24 month program for young adults aging out of foster care, including a 4–5-bedroom home that will provide a secure living environment for youth to live, learn, and develop the crucial skills needed to transition from dependence to independence. Our mission is to prevent homelessness through support.
