This is a virtual volunteer opportunity and requires the volunteer to have access to a computer and internet.
This volunteer opportunity is completed virtually and requires the volunteer to have access to a computer and internet. The volunteer will review applications for grants submitted in the area of Rent & Utilities Assistance. The applications focus on:
- Financial assistance to help low-income individuals or families in crisis situations. Programs that provide individuals or families with emergency financial assistance for a variety of crisis situations including but not limited to:
- Eviction
- Utilities shut-off notices
This opportunity will require the volunteer to review the applications and evaluate each based on a prescribed rubric. This evaluation will be completed in the e-CImpact online platform, and each volunteer will have access to training information and program support.
You will need to complete the review in the online system by March 29th and be able to participate in a virtual discussion with the other panel volunteers on April 13th from 9AM - 2PM. Each volunteer will receive follow-up information on the review process.
Volunteers must work or live in Shawnee or Jefferson County to participate in this volunteer opportunity.
