Leadership Greater Topeka is excited to partner with Giving Grove Orchards to create a community orchard at the Gil Carter Initiative Garden site.
We are looking for volunteers to help us plant our orchard!
Volunteers are need to help plant around 10 different trees all tools will be provided. This wonderful opportunity will allow the community to begin harvesting in orchard in approximately 3 years.
This community garden is one of three and is located at the corner of 23rd Street and Highland.
This is a family friendly event, children are welcome with a parent or guardian.
