Front desk volunteers are often the first face clients see when they walk in. This role includes answering phones, checking in clients, helping with intake forms if needed, making copies of IDs and Social Security cards, sharing information about other community resources, and communicating with our Emergency Services Coordinator. Some general admin tasks may also come up.
