Volunteer: Early Childhood Clothing Closet DesignerThe CCC Clothing Closet seeks consistent and creative volunteers to sort donations and design outfits and displays. When you join our team, you have a direct, meaningful, and early impact on the lives of children and families in your community. Each year, the closet serves hundreds of families and redistributes thousands (over 20,000 in 2024!) of early childhood items from diapers and maternity wear to books and blankets. An ideal clothing closet designer supports the closet team weekly or biweekly with 2-hour sorting sessions and is committed to the CCC's mission of bridging the gap in available, affordable, and accessible early childhood care in Douglas County. The closet and sorting spaces are relaxed and welcoming spaces.
