Youthrive

Youthrive works with youth who are aging out of Foster Care between the ages of 17-21 to help empower youth to become thriving adults within the local community.

Our mission is to broadly engage the community to empower, equip, and support our foster youth as they make the transition to becoming healthy and contributing adults.

Youthrive empowers and equips our youth to make a successful transition to independent living. The foundation of the MyPath program is matching youth with Support Families from the community that care for and support the youth during their transition, through a mentor-like relationship.

Youthrive also has a Match Savings program to help youth meet critical financial goals through financial education and matched savings accounts. Savings may be used for expenses such as cars, housing, education, and employment.
