Mission Statement: “The Citizen Advisory Council is a community of neighborhoods organized to forge available resources to empower, rebuild, and revitalize areas within the city of Topeka.”

The City of Topeka utilizes the Citizen Advisory Council as a sounding board for general policy decisions. The Citizen Advisory Council is compromised of representatives of the Neighborhood Improvement Associations as well a community at large.
