Heartland is designed to welcome all in need of care and provide integrated health services that is easily accessible, and patient centered. Our Care Cupboard food pantry supports individuals as they improve their health with regular access to nutritious foods and nutritional support programming.
As a satellite location for Just Food, we provide supplemental access to healthy foods, reducing barriers to health and well-being, and help cultivate self-sufficiency through our service to others.
