Heartland is designed to welcome all in need of care and provide integrated health services that is easily accessible, and patient centered. Heartland's Care Cupboard food pantry supports individuals as they improve their health with regular access to nutritious foods and nutritional support programming.
As a satellite location for Just Food, the Cupboard provides supplemental access to healthy foods, reducing barriers to health and well-being, and help cultivate self-sufficiency through our service to others. Shoppers may visit one of our locations per week.
Shoppers may visit our site Monday-Thursday, 9a-5p (unless closed for holidays).
Donations are accepted at our pantry between 9-5, Monday-Thursday (unless closed for holidays).
