K-State Extension is a partnership between Kansas State University and federal, state, and county government, with offices in every Kansas county. We are dedicated to a safe, sustainable, competitive food and fiber system and to strong, healthy communities, families and youth through integrated research, analysis and education.
What We Do
Extension programs are designed to meet the needs of the local community. The Douglas County Extension Office promotes programs in these areas: 4-H Youth Development; Health, Nutrition & Safety; Lawn & Garden; Business & Economics; Home & Family; Crops & Livestock.
