You can be an Advocate.
Make a difference in the lives of victims & survivors of sexual assault.
Since 1972, The Care Center Volunteer Advocates have played a crucial role in the community response to sexual assault by answering the 24/7 support hotline after hours, accompanying victims during evidence collection exams at the hospital, and much more.
The Summer Volunteer Advocate training begins July 5th. Applications are due by June 26th. The 40 hour training will be on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 6-9pm and on Saturdays from 12-3pm.

The Care Center is committed to making sure our Advocates are diverse and representative of the community. We encourage men and male-identified individuals, Spanish language speakers, people with disabilities, Indigenous people & people of color, LGBTQ people & survivors of sexual trauma to apply.
