Key Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Program Development:
- Assist in assessing current programs and identifying opportunities for improvement or expansion.

- Business Development and Startup Support:
- Gain hands-on experience in starting a business from the ground up by assisting with business planning, strategy development, and implementation.
- Learn how to create a business plan, conduct market research, and identify opportunities for growth and sustainability.
- Organizational Restructuring:
- Support efforts to streamline organizational processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing new workflows, protocols, and systems.
- Marketing and Outreach Support:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to raise awareness about stalking and The Fight 4 Light Foundation's services.
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators to support our mission.
- Content Creation and Social Media Management:
- Create engaging written and visual content for marketing materials, social media platforms, and websites.
- Assist in managing and growing our organization's social media presence.
- Website Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the team to update and redesign our website to reflect our brand identity and improve user experience.
- Data Analysis and Assessment:
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to Meagan, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents related to the reorganization project.
