River City Church has joined with the Tim Tebow Foundation to host Night to Shine at the River City Church located at 3001 Lawrence Ave on March 25, 2022 This event is for persons with special needs ages 14 and above. It will begin at the parking lot at the Redeemer Lutheran Church where the vehicles will be decorated and then we will begin a parade from the Redeemer Lutheran Church on 27th Street to our church. We will be joined by Slugger from the Royals, KC Wolf from the CHiefs, Hamburgler, the Chick Fil A Cow, and many others as we parade down to the River City Church. Each guest will be driving through a lit tunnel, walking down the red carpet and being crowned as a queen or king, get a free meal from Chick Fil A , a dessert from Freddy's, a cinch sack full of goodies, a corsage or boutonniere, a crown or tiara, etc...It is an event to celebrate and honor those with special needs.
Join us to Cheer on parade participants! The parade starts at about 645 p.m. and concludes at about 7:45 p.m.
