Volunteers will clear and organize the designated area, spreading mulch throughout the outdoor classroom space, and assist with basic construction tasks, such as seating and building an outdoor cabinet. They will also plant a tree and set a plaque in honor of 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance. The Villages will provide a snack, lunch and water. Volunteers can bring their water bottle to be refilled if they would like to. We will have water available. We encourage volunteers to bring gardening/work gloves, wear closed toed shoes, and long pants. There will also be a portable bathroom.

| Inclement Weather Plan: If it is raining we have another project need. At our Administrative Building, 615 SW Urish Rd, we have a school attached and we have a Library. We need volunteers to help us sort thru the books and box them up. We also have games to sort thru and box up. This will still be an all day project and we will provide snacks, lunch and water. | |
