The City of Lawrence Solid Waste Division is in need 2 full day OR 3-4 half day volunteers on Thursday-Saturday, September 14, 15, 16 for the fall Compost & Woodchip Sale Event.
We will provide a sandwich and water (please bring a refillable bottle).
- The volunteer shift is from 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
- The event will be held rain or shine, so please be prepared to be in the elements and on your feet for the duration.
- Volunteers will be interacting with attendees and helping to coordinate traffic.
