This summer we are organizing an exciting waste reduction move-out program with Goodwill in the Oread Neighborhood of Lawrence and could use your help!
- 5-10 volunteers are needed on Monday, July 23rd:
- Beginning at 9:30 a.m. to distribute door hangers to the properties that will be participating in the collection event. It’s important to remind the renters to donate their items on July 28th!
- Lawrence Recycles giveaway item and water provided.
- 5 volunteers are needed on Saturday, July 28th:
- The day of the collection event, beginning at 8:30 a.m., 5 volunteers are needed to help load donation items into Goodwill’s collection truck.
- Snacks, water and T-Shirt provided, as well as safety training.
