Help us launch a new year of positive changes and helping our community grow! As part of this year's campaign launch event Bend the Scenes event support will help us grow our community. Are you ready to help us grow? Be part of our United Way Campaign Launch Event Support by assisting in these areas:
- Securing chairs/table for event
- Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
- Picking up food/drink from HyVee
- Putting up signs
- Putting Helium in balloons
- Flower the sidewalk with chalk
- Monitor handicap parking (move cones back and forth) and directions from back lot
- Take photos of event (volunteers, speakers and attendees)
Date and Location:
United Way of Douglas County Front Entrance (2518 Ridge Court) Tuesday, August 13, 2019.
Time Commitment:
- Onsite at 6:30am
- Team meeting: 15 minutes prior to event (with the amazing Resource Development Director)
- Duration: 2 hours maximum
