The Investment Panel Financial Reviewer plays a very important part of our decision making process. This volunteer opportunity is designed to ensure that donor funds are used effectively to support financially sound programs and to help mitigate financial risks.
Volunteers do not need to be a certified CPA, but do need to be proficient in reviewing Financial Statements and understand the information on the 990 form.
Each volunteer will review around 4-5 non-profit organization's financial documentation. This can be done in your own office within the given timeframe.
Review Period - Begins February 24th and must be completed by March 4th
Qualification - Volunteers must work or live in Shawnee or Jefferson Counties.
