Participate in Forge's annual “Trick or Treat on the Trail” event. This year's event will look a little different. We're hosting a "Reverse Parade" through Deer Creek and Pine Ridge neighborhoods, in partnership with Young Leaders Society and Topeka Housing Authority.
Young Leaders Society volunteers will participate in the parade route, by driving their car and handing out kids' books, apples, and pre-packaged treats to children. United Way of Greater Topeka will provide the books and we ask that our volunteers provide their own apples and pre-packaged treats to pass out. You may pick books up ahead of the event at 1527 SW Fairlawn Rd. during regular business hours.
Halloween costumes are encouraged! Parade route meeting location and details will be emailed to registered volunteers before the event.
