Omni Circle will be collaborating with Topeka Family & Friends Juneteenth Celebration, Inc this year to help the safety of the participates participating in the Juneteenth Parade.
We are needing 15 to 20 Volunteers to help with control traffic and man barricades.
Barricades will be station throughout the downtown area to control the safety of the participates of the Juneteenth Parade. Topeka Police Department will also be out to assist with traffic control.
