Position Title: Front Desk Volunteer
Opportunity Overview: As a Front Desk volunteer with YWCA CSE, you will play a crucial role in assisting survivors and furthering our mission.
Here's how you can make a difference:
- Answering Calls: with compassion and empathy, providing a supportive voice to those reaching out for assistance.
- Client Welcome: Extending a warm and welcoming presence to clients as they arrive for services, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued.
- Data Management: Assisting with data entry and compilation to help us track and analyze important information that informs our programs and advocacy efforts.
- Donation Support: Organizing and recording donations, contributing to the essential resources that directly impact survivors' lives.
In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to directly support survivors, making a profound difference in their lives. To ensure the highest level of care, completion of our Advocate Training Program and a background check are required.
Shifts Available:
- 4-hours shifts, either from 9 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
- We understand the value of your time and can work with your availability to find a schedule that suits you.
