Christmas Bureau is a program that provides food and gifts to families in need over the holiday season. For those who have been involved in the past, the Christmas Bureau database is new this year. Data Entry will look different and will require prior training. This position will be on-site at the intake location, Echo Ridge Community Center.
Attention to Detail and Accuracy is vital to the volunteer position.
For this volunteer opportunity individuals are responsible for reading and entering individual or family information from intake forms into a secure database system. Individuals must be organized and able to read handwritten responses as well as work with computer programs to enter information into the computer-based system. Individuals must complete the confidentiality waiver before t hey can participate in this volunteer opportunity.
All volunteers will be required to participate in an online training to volunteer for this position, scheduled for Friday, October 25th at noon.
