IBSA Mission:
To provide constructive social and academic activities for youth from low to moderate income households,
To assist low and moderate income individuals with programs and services that helps them reach self-sufficiency,
To provide access to technology & training that help individuals prepare for the world of work,
To aid and assist small, minority and disadvantaged business concerns startup or expand a business venture
IBSA is committed to the development and provision of programs that serve as alternatives to traditional institutionalization and work to further individuals’ full participation as productive citizens to society. IBSA was founded in 1991, incorporated in 1993 and received tax-exempt status in 1995.

Self-employment services and programs are available under provider agreements with the State Dept’s of Commerce, Welfare, Children & Families Services and other government agencies or nonprofit organizations.
