Did you grow up playing I spy with my little eye? Are you good with hand tools? Can you make a perfect bead of caulk?
If you can answer "Yes" to any of those questions, please join us for a day of adventure. Some people might call it a punch list, we call it, and another thing. Just when we think we have found every gap, nail hole, or other blemish, we can see another. Help us be sure there is nothing unsightly for the residents on move in day.
We will be working on the little things on December 17, 2023 from 9 am - 4 pm. Join us for an hour or more. The houses are warm and the work is fun.
