About the Event:
On the second Saturday of May, the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) will host the 30th annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. This is the largest single-day food drive in the nation, and is planned locally by the branch 10: Capital City Letter Carriers. The week before the drive, all postal customers will receive a folded grocery bag in their mailbox, inviting them to leave non-perishable items by their mailbox on the day of the food drive. In 2019, this food drive provided over 41,000 meals in one weekend!
