Join us as a Volunteer Event Photographer and help capture the enchanting moments of the 2023 Women of Excellence Awards & Gala; the largest annual fundraiser for the vital programs and services we provide to over 13,000 women, families, and survivors each year. You will have the unique opportunity to visually document the excitement of the evening, from the award presentations to the joyful interactions among attendees. Your role will involve capturing candid shots, documenting key moments on stage, and creatively framing the ambiance of the event. This position requires proficiency in photography, an artistic eye, and the ability to work in dynamic event environments.
Your dedication as a Volunteer Event Photographer will help preserve the essence of the night, creating a lasting visual legacy that reflects the spirit of empowerment and joy. Your contribution will help us break down barriers and create the world we envision: where women and girls have their voices heard and are empowered to thrive!
The 2023 Women of Excellence Awards & Gala will be held on September 23rd at 7:00pm The event will be held at The Beacon, located at 420 SW 9th St, Topeka, KS 66612. We would like for all volunteers to arrive on location before the event begins. Further details will be provided.
