The CCC is opening a new early childhood care center in southwest Lawrence. We need help to transform the new-to-us building into a safe and welcoming space for Douglas county families. Volunteer shifts are two hours and family-friendly, just come ready to get a little dirty! Shifts are 2 hours beginning at 9am, 11am, and 1pm, every Saturday through October!
Volunteer tasks:
Cleaning classroom furniture
Sanitizing and sorting toys
Pulling weeds and raking mulch
Dusting in high places
Shampooing carpets and rugs
